Yes. Non-Hong Kong residents or visitors with valid identification who register successfully as H COINS members and make eligible purchases approved by the H COINS system during the promotion period are eligible to join. Winners must collect their prizes in person at the designated location within the collection period and present the original valid identification. Late collection will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The eligible transaction amount for participating in the lucky draw will be calculated based on the actual payment amount used by the member to earn COINS. The actual payment amount is calculated after deducting discounts, tips, H Dollars , coupons, e-coupons, cash vouchers, gift vouchers, complimentary vouchers, points, and credit card cash rebates, or any other type of promotion or rebate, with only the remaining amount counted.

Why haven’t I received confirmation or entries after uploading a payment receipt?

If a member uses the "Upload receipts" function to upload the receipt photo(s), the registration will be processed within 14 working days after the H COINS system receives the uploaded photo(s). Members can also register COINS through the following methods: Visit the Customer Service Counter or Concierge of the H COINS earning spot where the transaction was made (in-person COINS registration requires a spending amount of HK$100 or more); For eligible spending with partner merchants, present the designated electronic membership card QR code at the point-of-sale (POS) system before making payment in-store; or When shopping at a partner merchant&rsquo;s online store, link your H COINS account with the partner programme&rsquo;s membership account and make your purchase using the linked H COINS account. Upon successful approval, COINS will be automatically credited to the member&rsquo;s H COINS account. Why would a receipt be rejected? Do I still get entries?

No. Any transactions that are ultimately rejected, withdrawn, or cancelled will not be eligible for lucky draw entries. Can payment by gift voucher/e-gift voucher be counted?

No. Only the actual amount paid using a single electronic payment method will be counted. The portion covered by gift vouchers or e-gift vouchers will not be counted. Example: Total spending is HK$500, of which HK$100 is paid with a gift voucher/e-gift voucher and the remaining HK$400 is paid by credit card. The system will calculate COINS and the related lucky draw entries based only on the HK$400 paid by credit card.
